We recently had to move after living in our home for 12 years and it was definitely a new experience for us. I found a home in Lakewood and called Skyline Properties and asked if we could see the home for a tour. Jim answered and said sure I'm on my way there at 4:30 to show it, I said "OK, I'll be there." We got to the house and when we went inside I loved the home! It just felt like I was coming home. Jim was kind and answered all our questions patiently. We then applied for the home. While waiting to see if we were approved for the home I called the office often and got to know Ann the secretary. I immediately bonded with her and she was so kind and helped me through the process of waiting and answered every question she could. At the end of each call she always said, "Please, if you need anything, call me back." She helped keep.me calm through the process. When you're moving it's not always easy. There are many questions that come up along the process. Ann was there 100% each time to make sure I had all my questions answered. She was like the family member you like in the family.. the person you go-to for help and if I could steal her away from Skyline Properties I would lol! (Just kidding Jim)

I lived at one of Skyline's Properties for over 3 years and I can't say enough nice things about Anne. She was always kind and would make sure whatever request I had would be passed on to Jim the property manager. He was always kind to me as well and being in property management myself I know this business is not always the easiest. Tenants are not always easy to deal with and think everything is an emergency but I can tell you that Anne always did her best to make sure whatever we needed done did get done. We moved recently and that move has not gone so well and I now wish we would have stayed and wish we could return. I miss having Anne to reach out to knowing she cared so much and am truly grateful to all of those who helped me while I lived there. Thank you to each and every one of you I dealt with.

Property management is often a difficult and thankless job which is why I am more happy to recommend Skyline Properties. I have lived in a building in Long Beach managed by them for the past 2 1/2 years and have only great things to say. Their management staff are professionals who I've found to be trustworthy and also friendly. They provide you the ability to pay your rent online and also submit maintenance requests all from your online tenant portal. I would recommend their services to anyone without hesitation.

Bought my home recently and was recommended to Matt @ Skyline Properties. He made a very overwhelming process very manageable. Above and beyond. Matt walked us through the mortgage process, Even assisted us after the sale when we realized we needed a new roof. --- Highly recommended! I don't think he sleeps- Called and replied to emails at midnight and again at 5 am.

Matt recently helped me find a rental property and it was a great experience. He was available 24/7 and I felt like he went above and beyond what a normal property manager does! I would highly recommend Matt for anyone looking to find a place!
